Charlatan and Conman, Brad Fosters has been wining and dining his way through Europe for years. The game he plays is a dangerous one. He lives a life that could get him in as much trouble with criminals as it could with law enforcement. As Brad targets innocents and fiends alike to keep living abroad, he must do so without drawing too much attention to himself. If he does, he would have to go back home or in an even worse situation, never see home again.
